Mr. Joseph Phiri serves as the Operations Manager at Makola Farms, bringing with him a wealth of hands-on experience, leadership, and a deep-rooted passion for agricultural excellence. With a sharp eye for detail and a heart for farming, Joseph plays a critical role in ensuring that the day-to-day activities of the farm run smoothly, efficiently, and with purpose.
As the second-in-command in the organization, he is responsible for supervising all core operations across our piggery and poultry units—from feeding schedules and breeding programs to animal health management, staff coordination, and quality control. Under his watch, Makola Farms has seen consistent growth in livestock productivity, improved animal welfare practices, and strengthened team performance.
Mr. Phiri is not only a skilled manager but also a mentor to young farm workers.
